My boss is moving to another position. It sucks but it happens. Hopefully there will be a time he will come back and kick more butt and get things in shape. Luckily my team is moving to an org and boss whom I trust as well. Unfortunately it seems that some folks are already jockeying for positions and throwing around ideas which are not exactly that great. I know that, in the end, things will work out fine but it's frustrating to see a good guy who has done a really good job move on.
